I believe that most of Dice sites nowadays do let you able to bet with whole numbers.I tried to check your online times it seems its like 2 years ago and I would tell you that there been lots of changes into crypto gambling.

Why would someone want to bet "whole numbers"? I'm confused on what the benefit / value of being able to bet whole numbers is. I always thought high/low landed on whole numbers or at least rounded?
