Take my advice with a grain of salt. I am not an expert trader but I tell you that I have known some individuals who are really good in trading. Some of them continued, gaining little even if the entire market is full of long red candles. But others are resorting to HODL. Both of these types of traders are doing what they think they are more comfortable with. So choose yours, mate. If you have a hard time, you might want to hone your trading skills more. Or perhaps opt to swing trades or HODL.
Trade is a source of income for professional crypto players because this is a profession, so the longer they understand the crypto coin character, the more they are expert in predicting the direction of price movements.
Of course different from people who are crypto investments as long-term savings or HODL, they will not make trade transactions if the price has not reached the target. They don't really understand price movements, because they only sell if the desired price is reached.
