ICO is now one of the basis of the investors, if a project collects a good amount in ICO, they can finance the fee in a decent exchange and since most investors are just relying so much on the exchange, they make decision based on which exchange the project is listed.

If only every project can be listed in Binance, this market would have grow faster.

While Binance is still the hottest, it can create hype and since it can create the hype, it would be easy for them to convince people invest, actually they don't need to do more effort, just by listed an IEO in their exchange, it's already an instant success.
