In general, live chat support is used by users to chat with the support team. Its being put up on there so that would be its primary function i don't know why there are gamblers/people do hesitate on using it up? About the game its nice to surf it on my mobile phone without any lags or stutter unlike on other dice sites which do have heavy UI even on a high-end smartphone.
