The company ICONOMI AG has two bodies of corporate governance, the General Meeting of Shareholders and the Board of Directors. The decisions at the General Meeting of Shareholders of ICONOMI AG are adopted by the shareholders of ICONOMI AG. Currently, the sole shareholder of ICONOMI AG is the eICN Foundation, which consequently has all voting rights at the General Meeting of Shareholders of ICONOMI AG. The Board of Directors of ICONOMI AG in turn will be obliged to implement resolutions of the General Meeting of Shareholders of ICONOMI AG.
