Yeah, as you said, it should be a bot and I think it is a bit too much to call it a big project. Because there are hundreds of such bots around us and many of them are useful. I may not see how great it is. After doing the research I will inform more accurate ideas.

Yes, just go to the Service Announcement of altcoins and you'll see different bots annoucement there. I didn't research much about this smartbotcoin so I don't know on how long this bot has been working.
But to be wise, choose those bots that are already working has been used by many traders already.
