You might struggle to run it on that. My miners were 368W and 408W each at Defaults! Get a larger single rails PSU or try underclocking it.

2-3. The options were blank I copied across the numbers from the (Default #) in the text to the left of the option. Also you need to change Handle USB detect errors as (Default: hexA) to Hex8 option.
