There is no garbage here because every ico had been exerted an effort to create them even if we say that some are fake but atleast those scammers planned it hard to make the project look attractive . a real garbage is the one that you see on the trash can and litterally have no purpose at all .

Fact is 99% from ICOs or IEOs are garbage. They are only fake project which only want to scam investor money.
