I think that you can purchase for any amount that is convenient for you.

The services have some limit on purchases because one man or group could own all tokens and manage them in own goals. This is not good for the project and crypto community as a whole.

I think hardly anyone wants to own the entire number of tokens sold. After all, it is not known how much they will cost in the future.

But that situation with unknown price is adopted for al ICO, IEO etc. There is no prokect who can promise to you future price.

Surely. I think everyone knows what happens to coin prices when IEO, ICO, etc.
