This is is a scammer. They call every project a scam project and have their circle of friends endorse it. They make no contact, ask no questions, and then report as scam. If you research this user you will see he is banned across a few platform for scamming. But here they seem to have a great welcoming home. This user needs to be booted from the platform as i believe they are doing massive damage to not only the platform but to honest projects and investors.

The whitepaper is an important document that you present to potential investors to persuade them to invest in your project. Presenting them with a plagiarized whitepaper suggest highly that your team is not up to the task to present a valid solution. It's not professional.
   Also, you accuse tvplus006 of being banned from several platforms for "scamming." Please provide proof. Your word is just not good enough, especially when you flagged tvplus006, apparently in retaliation.
