So you mean people with less merit = spammer?
I have ever found a member posting with long characters and got merited, and that post was low quality (in my opinion) because he just repeat the same statement.

Reporting and removing posts already takes more effort than the average spammer puts in to post it.

But with the actual reason put on the report will let reported members to know what's wrong with their post and help them to be better members.
