I have not seen an official announcement from the TERA team, so I think its risky to use third-party services to buy or sell TERA.
Moreover, TERA is traded on more than 10 exchanges.

let's face it tho, exchanges are centralized third-party and will pull out a mt. gox on ya at any time, all of them, even that bitrex, binance, cryptopia thingy,
all going to mt gox in the future, if its not tomorrow then the day after, if not the day after then the day after it and so on Tongue
