some dont . usually they are decentralized exchanges but i dont think that the op can find his coins there . some exchange wont also request for a kyc until you fully reach your cap . its not also hackable because hack isnt the right term but it should be bypass , kyc request can be bypass for some instances . anyway the exchange that you put above are pouplar and has a good security level { like you mention } because thats also important before anything else .
