Not so surprising since they trade on Gox. I can imagine they're very reluctant to deposit additional funds there right now, so traders have to settle for what they already have there.

Their website tells us they are located inside the head office of MtGox so I'm sure they have no problems at all with withdrawals..

They've halted all trades due to the Mt. Gox closure, but still processed all withdrawals (I cashed out about 12 hours after trading stopped and got it a few hours later). Kudos for an orderly shutdown with good communication, and I look forward to resuming when they find a real exchange
