I understand that you are newbie rank right now and joining in Bounty Program isn't bad at all but don't focus much on it

. To be honest you don't need to learn about it because you can join anytime you want as long as you have Telegram, Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin, Medium accounts. You can join in Signature campaigns too but you must be a Jr. Member to participate (some bounty programs doesn't accept Jr. Members).

It may come as a surprise but many simple things for us like setting up usernames, wallets, copying post or tweet links, and even using hashtags in shares or retweets are not that easy for newbies. I even get annoyed sometimes when I read those questions on telegram but it is what it is.
