No, that's a bad suggestion. If the site still didn't add faucet, they should stick with it. Adding faucet will be only attract people to cheat by playing with free money only, look what PD & stakes did with their faucet, they have removed it because of faucet abuse.

Free faucets are always good for the sites. Also there are many ways to prevent the faucet abuse and the easiest one is to give the faucet free satoshi only when you have zero balance in the account. This way the faucet cannot be abused.
