Fixed.  Now that TheQuack's terrible spelling has been fixed in his post,  you know why you never hit the upper tiers.  Your account can also be blacklisted/ghosted and that will cause the same effect without actually telling you that you'll never hit it.  You can see this clear as day if you carefully log ALL seeds.  You'll then notice server seeds change right after your rolls when they shouldnt have changed at all.  This has already all been proven in the scam accusation thread (as well as some other threads).  BTW the cheating doesnt stop there either.  It's also well known that the lottery (and "sports betting") are also complete shams as well because it's SUPER easy to dilute the account pool with fake accounts.  If there are more fake accounts than real accounts,  then one can quickly figure out that it's super easy to cheat on those without seed changing.  I believe this is why they now have FAKE server stats.  The always have,  but just recently they tried to make it even more cool looking by adding a JS counting script to it that simply counts up based on milliseconds and not actual real stats.  However IMO that just goes to prove that ALL of the stats are fake,  not just the fake counting.  If they say they have "25 million accounts",  then it's probably actually 25000-250K accounts (which is more believable).  But in order to cheat on their lottery and other things,  they need to say outlandish shit like this so that the fake account diluting is less obvious.
