I used to believe altcoin dump is an opportunity to buy more but the recent market had shown the obvious, it is so risky and not wise financial advice. After ETH lost a vital part of its use case as ICOs and exchanges are providing more effective smart contract alongside the listing. There is not huge purchase of ETH as in ICOs and fewer Fiat-crypto exchange. I am not a lover of the coin governance at all, I wonder what they do among themselves.
