I suspect the DZMC people are good at what they do, however customer service and public relations is not what they do.

To one of your other posts, I don't see where I am coming off as defensive I simply answered you the best I could by quoting a post that was made 2 days earlier that quoted how to request and when you could expect the refund to appear.
We all have day jobs which prevents us from being heavily active on the forums during the day, I don't believe anyone is expecting an answer to a question right as its posted. You continue to ask the same question and every time receive the same answer refunds can take up to 1.5 weeks.
You 3 with "Day Jobs" Sure were active when you were hocking Group Buy after Group buy to the tune of 10's of thousands of dollars of preorders All day EVERY DAY ...

I warned you guys about getting too big. I also warned DZ when he first threw the idea about vetting people he better get some sort of bond to cover his ass. I don't have exact reference to it but DZ said you guys were fine with 3 people running GB's. I hope it turns out the best for you and your customers I really do.
BTW that LLC wont cover you guys for anything presold before the date it was filed in case anyone is considering legal action at some point.
