Nope. I keep sending back and forth small amounts on the testNet between 2 accounts from the browserGui, but the money does not arrive.

When I that from my client, I get a TX and TX_bytes, when when I do 'getTransaction', the reply is

Also, the new TXs I have been making do not appear in

getAccountTransactionIds
