Hey, I been eagerly waiting for my big win to be processed and I finally got a respond from support saying I multi-accounted so your not going to pay me.
I never had any other accounts, this was my first time with you guys. I'm hoping you guys sort this out.
I was so excited only to be let down, I been reading through a few posts and see the multi-account happens to a few players and is often a mistake.

@FortuneJack I selected all the wrong players guess not my lucky week, but Ill keep on trying and hopefully will get it correct in the coming weeks. @screwbc666 this is a common issue I see with players playing at FJ, simply provide them all the proof they ask for and theyll sort it out for you. Also try and find out if your friend or relative had used your ip to sign in at FJ, if youre legit then theyll process your winnings dont worry.
