the concept of a PVP lottery is not new and there was a wave of scammy websites that lured players with scripted bot plays
to me PVP lotteries have little to no future the way they are due to several reasons:
1. extremely difficult to prove fairness , you cannot be sure that the lucky player who is beating you time and time again is not a house sponsored bot
2. relatively long round waiting times - it is annoying to wait minutes ( in some cases hours or even days ) to play and with PVP sites you are not in control of when the round starts
3. overall low popularity because the vast majority of gamblers are already gambling at cryptocasinos and because of the "scam" trail , reducing the audience and increasing the round waiting timers even more
4. PVP lotteries usually signal low bankroll and I cannot be sure even if I win the jackpot I get paid

and so on
waiting for a fresh , working PVP site concept to appear and no luck so far
