Well, the reaction from altcoin is what will come because bitcoin has a great connection to altcoin, the value of altcoin may get a slight sock and go down but a high rate is only temporary because we need to know that bitcoin is down, capitalization will need to run to the right position, it takes time for that and the proper position is altcoin.
