With your reply, I guess you've downloaded the "classic" not the HD version and successfully selected the file, right?
then that "word" must be your passphrase.

If not, download the Multibit Classic instead of Multibit HD and use "File / Open wallet" and browse t the location of your wallet file(s).

OK , that is done. It has been syncing for about 2 mins or so. Unsure if thats a good sign or not. Ill go make some coffee and relax with some YouTube for a bit. Not expecting this to work/anything to be there. It would be a very welcomed surprise tho. If there was anything there, I'll make sure to , well, "pay it forward" to someone in need. I appreciate your help and will update.

Edit: Also, I suppose it does not matter if there is BTC in there, considering I do not have the passphrase. Man that would be a kick in the face if I found coin in the wallet.
