You should be able to see that currently this site is having some issues about the payment and yet you still make a deposit here and try to withdraw without noticing anything? I am sure no one can help you right now, ot is either you slowly waiting for the OP respond or just say goodbye to your bch then

How do you know that they having such a great amount on their cold wallet? I do not think that they ever reveal how much they hold until this day
