Like me I listen to calm music while Im driving but when I want to sleep faster but if calm music I listen I cant sleep lol 😂

Good advice here and perfect to have a good sleeping habit if we can separate our mind from problems to sleeping ..but this is so hard to do because our mind keep one thinking special ad important things when we are on bed and looking for sleep
