if you don't know about IEO start timeline then why everywhere it's stated that it'll start in September? it's already 24 September today. I don't think it'll start in one week. if you were not clear when will you start IEO then you shouldn't add the September in Signatures.
it's a bit unprofessional and misleading. I think you should still correct in your signature codes.
