Right thinking should be combined with the right tools before making any investment decision. The legit project also can turn to the scam in some occasional cases, finding the long term project is not as easy as you expected. Panic traders usually don't considerate the long term vision and they live in the current market conditions which is the best time frame for the daily market traders.

The recent years were not profitable for the ICO or IEO investors because the changes in the market delayed the whole moving things in the crypto area. I will continue to invest in the promising projects in the bear market. The bear market is good from some sides and the investors can buy the Ethereum for cheap and they will use to invest in the ICOs with a more affordable rate of the Ethereum.
