they said that the ticket number that I gave them has a statue resolved. to this I replied to them that you wouldnt say that it was really strange? all tickets are resolved, and withdrawal is still closed? created a new ticket and gave them a number. I look forward to hearing from them. I can give a link to the tweeter, if necessary!
This seems better because the old support tickets was resolved now you got the new issue with withdrawing so be patient until you get a response from them.
What's the update on your latest ticket?
If I was a support, I would also find it strange that a customer is still having an issue after all previous tickets have been marked "resolved".
Could this be another one of their technical issues?
They answered me and ask me to give them a screenshot of problem and now i wait again their answer(6 days)
