How can they know who and how much to payback (if they manage to recover any funds raised). there might be a lot of users who are interested but if you are already in a serious situation, are you confident that you are going to hunt them until they pay for their wrongdoings? am not against with your objectives here, but I hope your noble cause will not end up in texts only.
