I think I fit this definition, but I'd like to think I'm not a spammer. Apart from just posting a lot, I often prepare posts for a long time, then post them all at once. But I assume you also check the quality of those posts, and in most cases burst posting indeed doesn't produce quality.

In some cases I also fit in this criteria but I do not think it's what I intend to do. I am online most of the time. I have notifications on almost for all the boards. I also have notification on for some topics I follow. So making few quick posts is basically a very normal occurrence for me.

I think this explains all and differ some of us who post a lot.
