And Tax Evasion, which I don't think this is shouldn't be wrong. If you can go somewhere else and get cheaper taxes then why shouldn't you be allowed to do this?

You are indeed allowed to move to pay less taxes (tax evasion is staying but moving your money illegally), unless a US citizen that is. You're also allowed to take the risk of putting your money in dubious banks giving unsustainable returns, and laundering dirty Russian money billions at a time. Then you're allowed to be upset when it backfires.
