I think this process is automated. If you need to withdraw cryptocurrency, the system takes funds from the active wallet, in which tokens are temporarily stored. If there is not enough on an active account, the billing system turns to the cold storage for coins.

With an active wallet, everything is more or less clear. But the cold wallet should not be associated with the site because then it is also in danger of being hacked. If the exchange holds 96% of the funds in a cold wallet, how will the exchange provide high trading volume? I don't know much about it, of course.
