I am still not holding, mate. BNB price will be destroyed if IEOs come to an end so it is better to look for a coin that doesn't depend on things that can change within a matter of a year. This period is IEO bubble and it shall burst one day to crush BNB price. But I am not advising not to have BNB because as investors, we look for the best place to invest and look for when to leave it. My advice is that do not be too optimistic about price that you do not even want to to sell when you know it has reached its ATH.

Did you see it destroyed before the popularity of IEO, binance does not depend only on IEO, they have their own chain and they continue to develop the project, the exchange alone who has a stable volume could already guarantee that you are holding a potential coin.

It was able to perform well this year because of IEO demand also but with their DEX, and now launching soon their US Binance, this means they are serious in continuing to capture a huge portion of the market.

BNB was not destroyed before the popularity of IEO but the coin didn't gain the current popularity/surge in price before crypto investors believe much in IEO. Meanwhile, I supported what Sieemma said the reason why Binance and BNB rank up on capital market was because of the IEO and the SAFU you was implemented by the Binance team to secure their users fund when the hacking situation happened.
Mind you, BNB was create to fuel transaction within Binance exchange site.

I don't think SAFU was really a big thing for their improvement, that's only an internal features called as insurance, their funds also are limited, if the amount hack is bigger, SAFU might not able to cover it.

It's the IEO is the main reason as projects under Binance exchange are mostly successful and we are talking of big trading volume here, sometimes it could range from $20 million to $100 million trading volume and while they are making money from trading fees, they also continue to gain popularity on the increase of demand of BNB for IEO.
