Depending on the level to which the price will rise, if very significantly, it can attract a lot of newcomers to cryptocurrencies.

but that will be affecting only the bitcoin and it will not give any impact to the altcoin. As you can see that how bitcoin domination was destroying anything. A huge growth will bring massive buyers for bitcoin but altcoin will get the opposite thing like the buyers of altcoin will be moving to the bitcoin too.
ICO and exchange site will get the disadvantage from there.
