I am now worried about the future of cousins as he has been so prone to injury, after his contract with the Lakers, I think it might be the end of his career.

The way I see it, it's likely to happen, because he suffered a serious injury, and he is out indefinitely according to:

Even how good a player is but when he is already prone to injury, his market will value also drop and he is not also getting any younger.
If ever he will be able to come back and play again, he will be almost 30 years old and for me, that's not young anymore, his future is not looking good anymore.

30 isn't really that old considering how in shape athletes are today.  Federer is still dominating and Vince Carter has been able to keep up in his 40s.  Its not the same deterrent it was before with how advanced conditioning and technology is.

Maybe you are right, but with the injuries he continued to suffer, that will be hard for him as the way I see it, Cousin's have already slowed down, he wasn't as dominant as he was before when still playing with the Sacramento Kings.

If you still remember, Greg Oden, he was the number 1 overall pick back then, played with the Blazers, had a good start but was injured, and that ended his career, he played with the Heat last 2013-2014 after like more than 3 years of rest, but he wasn't effective, now he is completely out in the NBA.
