The relationship is the Spectrocoin created Bankera for the sole purpose to have an ICO which they would then siphon-off funds for its owners.

They did this because they want to portray Bankera as a separate entity because if the inevitable legal action or complaints against Bankera started then Spectrocoin would plead ignorance in the hope to avoid legal penalties.

Spectrocoin was operating 7 years prior to their ICO. So your logic is BULLSHIT! It was one of the most profitable crypto companies in early days. You seriously think they throw that all away to run a big scam where everyone know's who and where the founders are? It just makes no sense. Your logic flaws on every angle.
