I usually send mine to my wallet from the pool then to cryptsy. It takes only a couple minutes or so for mine to show up in my crypsty account. No complaints here with their speed.

this is my workflow when sending to cryptsy:

1) monitor transaction in wallet until confirmed (checked). iirc this is 6 confirmations.
2) check cryptsy pending balance.
3) if still not showing on your pending balance file a ticket. attached a screenshot of your wallet showing the transaction and include the block explorer link for the transaction.

i made the mistake of waiting for cryptsy to automatically credit my first 2 deposits. they were both 4hrs delayed. as soon as i filed a ticket they appear. so now, the moment they're confirmed on my wallet, i file a ticket to cryptsy.

i do hope vtc gets into mcxnow. that exchange is awesome. as soon as the first 2 confirmations appear on my wallet (MAX), it's on my pending balance. that exchange is lightning quick.
