Just a few points that I could find in a couple minutes considering that everything is already deleted and old website is not working:

Sidechain and DAPP store - NO;
Decentralization of the network, the launch of delegates - NO;
Simple IOS wallet - NO;
WhitePay: payment merchant system - NO;

Clustering the work of the entire network - NO;
Horizontal scalability, that will increase the speed of transactions - NO;
Improve self-regulation system - NO;
PHOTON - NO;
Separate project that will take part in the BitWhite ecosystem in the future - NO;

Sale of many millions of BTW in exchanges - YES.

Do not forget about stolen whitepaper, word by word (Asch).
Do not forget about IBOE - freak circus, no more.

I can go on but that doesn't make sense

Now is the time for 3rd roadmap and swap, but I wont be surprised that this is another trick to sell part of the coins, because most of the people has already left the project,
remaining ones hold coins hoping to sell at a higher price, but do not buy anymore, no new ones to attract, team showed its incompetence, disinterest and intentions and all the ideas for hype has outlived themselves.
