Is 2.0 ready enough to announce right now to all eth fans and users around the world? I heard they will introduce pos and sharding technology to boost eth speed performance, many new blockchain projects right now are also introducing this sharding as a solution for transaction issues which is really effective according to some testnets, if they will announce it this year Im sure you are correct price will increase rapidly.

Nothing is scheduled for this year. The first stage of upgrading of Ethereum's network will take place on January of next year.
