Day trading will not work for everyone so losing on it is not a big deal and I feel day trading is quite non profitable in long term when compare to simple holding so one who expect long term profits should avoid day trading.

It all depends on our level of exposure and our knowledge about the trading, there are some of my friends that are experts when it comes to day trading while I am still learning beside them, and simple me would rather prefer to hold my coin for a long term and expecting profit, but since I have been holding most of the coins I have had including bitcoin, many of friends has already made lots of money trading in bitcoin and earning their little every day, but I cant blame myself, trading is not just my thing, not to talk of day trading.

I am still trying to learn anyway, I am using the period I am using in holding my coins to actually learn how to trade too using some of the demo platforms and I hope that one day I will be able to trade like my friends.

Day trading will be helpful in short term but when we start to realize its long term benefits it doesn't work the risk we did for all those days so that simple holding is way better than any other trading method.

But if we fail in day trading it won't take much time to lose our life savings to the market that is why its good thing to stop doing day trading.
