I pretty much think that's where clarification from the team should come in and help clarify that aspect and the more reason why i stated something about finding out exactly who they intend to give the any fund to before such is done, i think this will help give a heads up and a clear definition of what they intend to do, how they intend to do it

From my knowledge of the project, funds are not going to be made available to just anyone who registers in the platform. There has been some set aside steps which would ensure that any fund raised by the public for a project would be judiciously used and every return that should accrue to an investor is checkmated.
