I am not sure if in this thread they are talking about this same gambling site because this is Betmach.io and they started the ANN thread in September 2018 https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5029854.0. The thread is updated frequently and the website is up and running. Nothing fishy here so far and I found all info about the company and address in the terms and agreements on the page.

In the thread, you are quoting (I think!) author is talking about Betmach.is which was closed in 2018.

I think is betmatch.is which was closed in 2018 and not Betmach.io and that are two different websites. I will try to ask them about this in the ANN thread and will post here the answer if I got one, of course.
