You are good with your points and I agree to an extent though. I have used steem blockchain for various activities of which content is the mostly used, however owing to constant upgrades, unnecessary rules etc the blockchain is lagging behind. Yeah, but the team is not only those who are running steemit. We have a lot of projects built on steem a lot of other applications now and they are doing their best now. For example 3speak, the new video platform is supporting creators very well. They have cool options to make the platform active, to support commenters and creators. It's the biggest project now supported by a lot of whales and other big projects.
