There would be no one to help you in this situation apart from yourselves. There is nothing much to say about this issue.

There should have been a wallet.dat file available in your PC already before you have installed electrum. That specific wallet.dat should have been picked up by electrum from C:\Users\PCName\Appdata\Roaming\Electrum\wallets folder while installing the wallet. This should have been the reason for you to click on Next and proceed to the wallet window.

Few questions :

  • Is the PC yours?
  • Has anyone who used the PC, installed Electrum previously without being known to you and then uninstalled them

You have no other way to recover the seed phrase and password if you haven't stored them anywhere. Also there are wallet seed phrase recovery services which cannot be vouched upon. Do your own research before hiring them if you have a decent sum of money in them!

Passwords cannot be recovered whereas private keys can be recovered by heading onto Addresses -> Right-click on the address -> Private key. I guess you need password to access the private key (not sure as I am away from my PC)

How about you tell us where you stole this wallet from? Smiley
Or maybe they could have stolen the PC which had Electrum already running!  Huh
