When an investor sold Bitcoin at 12,000-14,000 dollars, then of course they can now buy back Bitcoin at a big discount. But there were few such investors. I think that 80% of people hoped that the market would continue to grow.

Market will growing again it is 100% sure and this is a fact. But peoples are move to secure platform because of high fluctuation on recent dump. So those are invested in Bitcoin they are all trade some other coin and new investors are increasing in Bitcoin.
