I think the same. At the ICO success euphoria team made a platform. But founders didn't think more than 2 years. Or I didn't exclude that plan has been changed due to development. Because of at early stages (I can say about it as early investor) ideas were wide and giant.

True, that s why they ve made Rays as simple to use interface. One of the directions is advertising about options for creating such layers as Rays.
