Eth is a standard cryptocurrency as like a bitcoin in the crypto world. So this is the correct time to inverse in good coin like ETH. If you want to earn a money in crypto,you must inverse on some good coins such as BTC,ETH,NEO and Ripple.Use this time and buy the more number of ETH and get a profit from it ,when the market pump.Eth value will increase for sure.
I will also not afraid to buy Eth at this point since at it is a established coin and it will never go to 0 value and recently the price of it goes dump so I can say it's perfect time to buy right now and earn with future pump of it.
Buy whenever you want, whenever you find something you like. For example I found Bitcoin and a few other alts I really really like so I keep buying them whenever I have money to set aside. If the price drops I get more of it for my future. If the price increases I still get a little, cause you never know when the price booms sky high and you regret.

Not people can afford to lose since there are several who want to play safe that's why same as OP he ask if these days are perfect time to get some ETH, But I would give a shot on it since as on my simple perspective ETH is strong coin and for OP to get some future info much better if he learn to read the candle sticks and other things can help him to learn about trading.
