Speculations are like rumors which has tiny bits of truths to it. Anyone will see whichever what they wanna see and falling prices are normally the cause is dumping which will lead them to believe manipulations.

Seems logical but how do you exactly can tell when someone is moving big amounts of crypto into a exchange? Is there any public data available to tell this or it's just guessing?
