We experienced some revolving doors, this week, after our announcement. So lets post some more infos, rather than just our organizational structure tonight.

organizational infrastucture

there are three main players running this project:

The BTXM INFASTRUCTURE PROJECT is a project focussed on building a point of sales, atm hardware infrastucture. This project is also developing and managing our unification token layer.

The VICTOREANUM gold, silver and plating trading collective. This project provides our real gold trading backend on the unification token layer and via our atm network. I manages also the development of a gold/crypto/token based credit card for our collective and for the EUROPECOIN FINANCECLOUD API unification toke layer. I does this in collaboration with the CEDx payment providing company.

The EUROPECOIN and the ERC FINANCECLOUD API project provides EUROPECOIUN ads the first coin, to be embedded into this infrastructure and develops the FINANCECLOUD API and the matching FINANCLOUD DEVICE, which is a voice controlled smarthub for your daily financial tasks. The Europecoin project also collaborates with the ELEGRO payment providing company to provide b2b and intergovernmental clearance via its token based API.

a step ahead on regulatory issues and thé “revolving doors”

Having been small in the beginning we had to reach out to a bank (still not to disclose), to match our liquidity, as well, as our regulatory needs. This did turn out to give us a head start, when the new European regulations kicked in. While global players, like Bitpay has no way to comply with the new rulings, pour partners, as regular banks had all the infrastructure needed in place. This made us “the place to go” for asking for cooperation with major providers. Talks are ongoing and there will be more about this in future.
